Membership Costs:
Adult Double (within the same household) $100.00
Adult Single $70.00
Family with 2 children under 18 yo (within the same household) $120.00
Additional child under 18 yo with Family $10.00
Pensioner Double (within the same household) $60.00
Pensioner Single $40.00
End Of Year Awards & Pointscore Criteria:
End of year Point Score – awarded to a member that were had the fastest average speed in their class based on three of their best official WASSA race events.
Essence of the WA Musher – awarded to a member who demonstrated outstanding care for the welfare and training of their dogs to excel in the mushing sport.
Club Person of the Year – awarded to a member who has shown the most support for the club not only at training, races and events, but also in the promotion of WASSA and the mushing sport.
Sportsperson Award – awarded to a member that encouraged healthy competition whilst showing fair and generous behaviour and treatment of others throughout the season.
Junior of the Year – awarded to a member 16 years old and younger who demonstrated exceptional interest and development in the mushing sport.
Rookie of the Year – awarded to a member over 16 years old in their first season who demonstrated exceptional interest and development in the mushing sport.
President’s Award – awarded at the club president’s sole discretion to a member that has shown exceptional support to the club and for giving their valuable time and effort to help the club president.
