Husky Rescue in WA
WASSA takes great pride in supporting the only dedicated rescue program in WA to one of the breeds that is recognised as an original sledding breed, The Husky.
Several of our events each year will provide funds to this cause in some way, also ordering harnesses through the club raises funds for the dogs in rescue. If you are able to help out with rescue then please follow the link on the right to their website and let them know. If you don't have the time but would like to donate to the cause then they ask that all donations go to their recommended Vet to assist with current and future vet bills. Also if you have any dog beds, food, rugs, collars, leads etc that can be used to make the dogs in rescue more comfortable then these are always greatly appreciated.
