I enclose my entry fee and agree to run under the rules governing the race and shall abide by the official decisions made at the race. I shall not hold the sponsoring/organizing bodies/individuals liable for any accident, which may occur, at the race site arising out of any loss of life, injury, damage or loss whatsoever which dogs, my helpers or I may sustain in or as a consequence of my entry or participation in the said events. Further, I agree to enter under the rules governing the event and I agree that I have read and understand these Race Rules. I agree to be responsible for my conduct and that of my helpers and dogs; I also agree to clean up after myself and my dogs. I understand that sled dog sports may be dangerous and acknowledge that I enter the said events AT MY OWN RISK.
